The story of this important company began in 1956 featuring the Italian preserve tradition.
In 1958 the first great goal was scored: Ferruccio Zarotti’s idea to preserve anchovies in glass! His subsequent creation of a specific manual technique revolutionised the whole market giving rise to new sales opportunities.
