Cous cous with vegetables, buffalo mozzarella and grilled mackerel
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS
1/2 bell pepper
500g diced tomato
500g cous cous
1 jar of L’Isola D’Oro grilled mackerel 250g
Soak the cous cous in water as needed.
In a non-stick frying pan, sautée the diced vegetables and tomato.
When the vegetables have cooled down, mix them with the cous cous.
Serve with buffalo mozzarella and mackerel to taste.
