The Recipe Book, built by the dialogue between fine Foodblogger Gourmet and Tonnotto Gourmand, was presented and donated as “charming gadget”for the first time to Cibus 2014, an international window on Food.
We have asked to the Food bloggers, followers of our social network, to participate to the writing of a Recipe Book, to pass from the virtual network to get a real life and matter, and transforming it in an “original and useful gadget” where they where the protagonists!
We have involved also the chef Davide Censi, of the “Antichi Sapori”from Parma, who has created an unusual version of the tuna in ice cream.
